E-Commerce Logisitic Officer

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor activities and performance of 3PL Service providers
• Strategically Coordinate and manage logistics, transportation, and customer services.
• Manage and coordinate full order cycle with 3PLs
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers.
• Ensure the accuracy of shipments and keep track of quality, quantity, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.
• Arrange plan routes and processes. Shipments.
• Managing the cost of delivery through third-party logistics
• Conduct data analysis of 3PL performance data available to track performance.
• Do Daily reports of picked, packed, shipped, and delivered packages. 
• Also, carry out data analysis of logistic operations
• Resolve problems or complaints as it relates to the company and its operations
• Contribute to managing control measures to prevent mistakes, inaccuracies, and discrepancies
• Analyze the effectiveness of operations by finding ways to prevent waste and maximize profits.
• Any other task as assigned

Requirements:

• Proven working experience in Logistic, Vendor, and customer relationship  management
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office and databases
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and logistic software programs.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to direct and supervise
• Solid Critical and analytical skills and; attention to detail are required with a demonstrable ability to gather and analyze trends and identify root causes
• Good written/oral communication skills and the ability to synthesize information and make clear, concise recommendations
• Time Management Skills
