Job Summary
The Logistics / Site Officer will manage daily site operations, coordinate materials and staff movement, and ensure smooth logistics for NVC Prime Properties projects in Port Harcourt. The ideal candidate must be proactive, have strong communication skills, valid driver’s license, and good knowledge of PH routes.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily site logistics and ensure smooth flow of operations.
- Supervise and monitor site activities to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and workforce movement.
- Drive company vehicles when required and manage transportation routes efficiently.
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and staff to ensure the timely delivery of supplies and services.
- Ensure safety procedures are adhered to on-site.
- Provide reports and updates on site progress and logistics to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in Project Management, Estate Management, or related field.
- Must be male, resident in Port Harcourt, and not more than 30 years old.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and good knowledge of Port Harcourt routes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be smart, proactive, and able to deliver tasks promptly
