Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Selling loans to customers, physically and electronically, in a courteous manner.
- Monitor the customer`s transaction until disbursement is done.
- Follow up with Credit to ensure prompt resolution of the customer`s request.
- Ensures that daily reports are made available to the Team Lead before the close of business daily.
- Ensures that all assigned tasks are dealt with before the close of business daily.
- Listening to customer needs.
- Track trends and monitor competition.
- Work on brand values.
- Searching for new (and helpful) marketing tools.
Requirements:
- 3 years experience
- Minimum of HND
