Job Summary

We are an online retailer of premium fashion accessories such as shoes, handbags, briefcases, luggage, sunglasses and wrist watches. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for supporting all our operations of interacting with the customer and fulfilling the customers orders.

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Entry level
  • Experience Length: 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Specifically you will:


  • Handle sale enquiries on Instagram, whatsApp, Facebook, Twitter and other digital channels including the Shop Floor.

  • Support the Internal processes of packing customer orders..

  • Learn and report on customer expectations and demands.

  • Assist with processing and uploading products to the website and other channels.

  • Contacting existing customers to upsell and crosssell.

  • Continually learn new product knowledge and acquire better sales skills.


    The Requirements for this role are:

    • Minimum of a BS degree preferably a science degree.
    • Minimum of one-year post NYSC experience.

    • Quick learner of new skills

    • Be able to work at home in the evenings as needed

    • Be able to work at least one weekend in a month.


      Starting Salary for this role is N85,000 Monthly.
