We are looking to hire a suitable candidate to fill this position.
- Minimum Qualification:Degree
- Experience Level:Entry level
- Experience Length:No Experience/Less than 1 year
- Take ownership of customers’ issues and follow problems through to resolution.
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
- Maintain good communication with customers and provide excellent customer service experience.
- Make and receive internal and external calls.
- Attend inbound calls, chats, and replies to emails. Proffer solutions to customers/Agents and give customers information on our available products.
- Act and communicate proactively, keeping management informed of any issues arising.
- Minimum academic qualification of BSc degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Young school graduates (Nysc) or 1-year experience.
- Work experience as a Customer Service Representative.
- Experience in providing customer service support, i.e. speaking with and managing people.
- Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques.
- Proficiency in English
- Working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Multi-tasking skills
- Customer service orientation.
Remuneration: NGN 70,000
