Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: ND / HND / B.Sc in any related field.
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in a customer-facing role (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations.
  • Friendly, patient, and able to multitask effectively.
