Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative role in Kubwa, Abuja, who will be involved in handling client communication, providing accurate shipment updates, resolving issues, maintaining records, and explaining services

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Help the team handle client contact, including calls, emails, and messages.
- Provide accurate updates on the location and status of client shipments.
- Support the team in solving problems like delayed deliveries or billing questions.
- Help keep accurate records of all customer issues in our system.
- Assist in explaining our logistics services and pricing clearly to clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND in any related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role is needed.
- Logistics or Courier work experience is a big plus.
- Must have excellent communication skills (both on the phone and in writing).
- Must live in the Kubwa area, be reliable, and ready to work the full schedule.
Location: Kubwa, Abuja
Remuneration: NGN 80,000/Monthly
