Job Description/Requirements

  • Must possess excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), proven excellent customer service skills, demonstrates high levels of administration, ability to work well in a team environment, handle pressure and solve problems analytically, capable of meeting deadline and managing a heavy workload, and possess excellent organizational skills.


  • Responding for communicating with prospects and converting them to customers.


  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.


  • Responding promptly to customer enquiries.


  • Communicating with customers through various channelsĀ 


  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints


  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.


  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.


  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.


  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.


  • Meet key performance indicators as set by the company.


  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer supportĀ
