Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Process all customer order sales and close sales via the appropriate channel
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships via official channels (WhatsApp messages and bulk SMS)
- Work in line with company policy to achieve set sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of OND
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in an ecommerce role
- Must have Good customer service skills
- Must have Good networking, prospecting and closing skills
- Must have Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Must have Good written and verbal communication skills
- Candidates must be female and reside in Work environs
Location: Lagos - Amuwo Odofin
Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday: 9 am - 5:30pm
Renumeration:
- NGN 50,000 Monthly
- Commission
