Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handling & managing sales as per standard.
- Ensuring payments and records are accurate.
- Working with spreadsheets.
- Generating transaction receipts appropriately.
- Attending to customers and educating them about product features to close sales.
- Timely invoice processing and reporting.
- Build, maintain, and manage relationships with clients.
- Respond to variances professionally.
- Understanding the requirements of customers and suggest improved solutions.
- Proper neat record keeping.
- Ensure receipts and proper timely documentation.
- Reporting daily to the MD.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint properly and speak, read & write English properly.
- Honest & Hardworking, Energetic & Aggressive.
- Multi-tasking experience with the ability to handle pressure.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Any other work related to the above business.
- Ability to go out and generate sales leads.
- Excellent customer service knowledge
