Job Summary

BashleeNG is Hiring!! We need competent and experienced individuals for the above role. The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities by using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 5 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
  • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
  • Execute complex sales and effectively manage the sales process and activities.
  • Help maintain a sales culture of innovation, determination, imagination, and respect by living up to those values daily.
  • Organize and prioritize prearranged meeting schedules with existing and new accounts
  • Meet or exceed personal sales quota.
  • Implement sales program by developing field sales action plans.
  • Track sales activities.
  • Continue managing, servicing, and booking current accounts


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of an HND in any related discipline 
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and people skills
  • Must have basic computer skills
  • People Skills 
  • High-Level Confidence 
  • Ability to work with minimum or no supervision 
  • Ability to speak fluently and eloquently and make meaningful presentations
