Contractor Manager

Responsibilities:

• Attracting new contractors (recruitment agencies in India).
• You should call agencies using our database.
  
• Conclusion of an agreement with the contractor.
  
• Building long-term relationships with contractors.
  
• Conflict resolution
  

Requirements:

• Good English
• Work experience in (any item listed is enough): purchasing manager, sales manager, or customer service manager. I.e. almost any experience involving building relationships with contractors and subsequent work with them.
• High efficiency.

Remuneration: $300 / month.

The salary begins to be paid as soon as the first agency closes the first vacancy (candidate) for our clients.

• Bonus of $1,000 for each successful recruitment agency found. A successful agency is an agency that has closed the first vacancy (candidate) for our client.
• Bonus of $100 for the 2nd and subsequently closed vacancies (candidate) to our clients.

Practical Example:

• This month you have found two new agencies, each of them has closed one first candidate. 
• Previously found successful agencies (for which you have already received $1,000) have closed 6 more candidates.
• You will receive $2,000 for new agencies + salary $300.
• For candidates from previously found successful agencies, you will receive $600.
• That's a Total: $2,900
