Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Contract Organic Lead Generation Specialist to join our team for a three-month trial period, with the possibility of extension. You'll be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients (SMEs with 10-50 employees in the hiring phase) through LinkedIn, social media, and cold emails, to close deals and drive sales growth. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the CEO and play a key role in building a new department from the ground up.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through organic research and outreach.
- Develop and execute effective outreach strategies using LinkedIn, social media, and cold emails.
- Build rapport with potential clients and effectively communicate the value of our services.
- Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets (2-3 new clients per month).
Requirements:
- Track and report on sales activities and results.
- Proven experience in organic lead generation and sales.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn Boolean search, Apollo.io, and other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a laptop, a quiet workspace, and a reliable internet connection.
- Noise-canceling headphones are a plus.
- Proven track record of successful execution.
