Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Promote and market the company’s services to prospective clients across various sectors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calls, field visits, and social media platforms.
- Conduct presentations, meetings, and product/service demonstrations to clients.
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotations in response to client inquiries.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to implement marketing strategies.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide feedback from the market to support service improvement and innovation.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and prospects.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/B.Sc. certificate from an accredited institution
- Experience in a similar role will be an advantage
- Strong understanding of customer service and consultative selling techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
