Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement grassroots sales strategies to penetrate local markets and drive product adoption.
- Recruit, train, and manage sales agents or distributors within the community to maximize sales.
- Organize community events, activations, and campaigns to educate potential customers and increase brand visibility.
- Monitor and track sales performance, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded.
- Build relationships with local leaders, associations, and influencers to strengthen market penetration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in community sales within renewable energy, FMCG, telecoms, fintech, or microfinance.
