Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide Policy documents to the collections process for adoption by the company
- Categorize Delinquent debt according to ease of collection and viability.
- Receive collections on behalf of Mixta Nigeria.
- Reduce Debt Portfolio by 50% within the next calendar year.
- Interface with Owing Clients in a bid to restructure bad debts by offering new
- payment terms and/or offering access to short-term loans from financial institutions.
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in real estate, sales, operations, and administration.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and the Internet
- Understand Mixta Nigeria’s Business and Sales Strategies.
- Experience in the real estate industry in Nigeria.
- Familiar with debt portfolio, previous company policies, and existing clients.
- Good customer service skills.
Remuneration: NGN 4.2 - 8 million per annum
