Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Service Coordination: Oversee bookings, dispatching, and delivery documentation to guarantee timely and accurate courier services.
- CRM System Management: Implement, maintain, and optimize CRM software to track customer interactions, monitor service quality.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND qualification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
- Experience in logistics, courier, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Must live around Ikota Shopping Complex
- We pray on Fridays, Christians and Believers, Highly desirable
