Job Summary

The Cleaner and Office Assistant is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the office premises. The role also provides general administrative and logistical support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

  • Minimum Qualification : High School (S.S.C.E)
  • Experience Level : Entry level

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Provides general administrative and logistical support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
  • Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and other common areas daily.
  • Ensure all surfaces, furniture, windows, and floors are dust-free and well-maintained.
  • Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
  • Replenish office consumables such as tissue, hand wash, and cleaning materials.
  • Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed promptly.
  • Ensure all cleaning tools and supplies are properly stored after use.


Requirements:

  1. Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification.
  2. At least 1–2 years of experience in cleaning, janitorial, or office support role (preferably in a corporate environment).
  3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality.
  5. Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and neat appearance.
  6. Basic knowledge of office procedures and use of simple office equipment is an advantage
