Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage all customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, including processing cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Greet customers warmly, answer basic product or promotion questions, and assist with general inquiries to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Process returns, refunds, and exchanges following all store policies.
- Balance the cash drawer at the start and end of each shift, promptly reporting any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting checkout area.
- Carry out simple nail applications on customers upon their request.
- Create on-demand marketing content when in-store sales are slow.
- Assist with other retail duties, such as but not limited to; bagging purchases, restocking merchandise, and monitoring product displays near the counter.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a retail cashier or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong numerical and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to calmly handle customer complaints and questions.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Remuneration: NGN 100,000
