Job Description

The role is responsible for directly supporting the company’s change management activities alongside providing day-to-day support to the CEO/ Project Lead. Typical activities include but are not limited to the following:

1. Create process documentation/workflows, knowledge articles, and self-service FAQs

2. Collect and document business requirements for project and process improvement/automation efforts

3. Facilitate process workflow modeling in order to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities, and clearly defined end-to-end use cases

4. Build User Stories

5. Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes are achieving the desired results and that services are meeting agreed-upon service levels

6. Conduct maturity assessments against the process activities to highlight areas of improvement or concerns

7. Identify issues and risks

8. Bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management

9. Participate in the problem resolution

10. Track major incident management process and ensure adherence of the process and escalation requirements within the various support and delivery areas

11. Prepare incident details for post-mortem incident reviews

12. Extract reports and provide a high-level analysis of data for review

13. Maintain a complete understanding of and adheres to all IT policies and processes
