Business Development Officer

• Identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions.
• Be responsible for sales of all Floorkraft products
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including, sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within our service areas
• Review and adapt to information regarding products innovations, competitors, and market conditions
• Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied, and you will contribute to the store's profitability.

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any other Social Science or Equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years in Sales and Marketing of laminate floors, tiles, or SPC
• Good product Knowledge
• Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our showroom will stand out.
• Experience in Interior design will be an added advantage
• Proven work experience as a retail Sales/Business Development Executive.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships.
