Job Summary

We’re looking for a self-driven and goal-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. You’ll be responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships, and driving consistent revenue through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through online and offline channels.
  • Onboard clients and ensure a seamless experience from pitch to execution.
  • Create and execute sales strategies to meet targets and expand our client base.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients through effective communication and performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with marketing and campaign teams to ensure project success.
  • Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years experience in business development, sales, or marketing (preferably in a digital/advertising agency).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, client relationship management, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • B.Sc, B.A, or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
