Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to increase company revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and sponsorship deals.
- Drive sales efforts, including pitching services, negotiating deals, and closing high-value contracts.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets through direct sales, sponsorships, and brand partnerships.
- Lead sponsorship acquisition efforts for UnwindFest, securing financial and strategic partners.
- Oversee event management, execution, and business development initiatives for UnwindFest.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to enhance event engagement and profitability.
- Ensure UnwindFest is self-sustainable through ticket sales, sponsorships, and partnerships.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience
- BSc. Degree in a relevant course
