Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and manage new agents, partners, and business opportunities.
- Drive bulk purchase transactions from organizations and corporate entities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Consistently exceed revenue targets for the assigned coverage area.
- Educate customers on the features, benefits, and value proposition of our products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree from a reputable institution is compulsory.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in partnership development, business development, or account management.
- Previous experience in the FinTech industry is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
