Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales leads and property listings
- Conduct property tours and inspections with clients
- Maintain and update client database
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide guidance and assistance to clients in buying, selling, or leasing properties
- Prepare and present offers and sales agreements
- Stay informed on market trends, property values, and competitive offerings
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-3 years sales experience (real estate experience is an added advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Must be goal-driven, confident, and customer-focused
- HND/B.Sc in Marketing, Business, or any related field
