Job Summary

The Business Development Manager will drive the growth of HCMatrix by identifying new business opportunities, building key customer relationships, and closing strategic deals. This role requires a confident, articulate professional who understands enterprise SaaS sales, HR technology, and has a strong network in key target industries.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, lead generation, and attending industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to the client’s industry and pain points.
  • Work with the product and customer success teams to customize offerings and ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Drive revenue growth by achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, leads, and customer feedback using CRM tools.
  • Provide market feedback to influence product development and strategy.
  • Collaborate on marketing initiatives and campaigns that support lead generation.
  • Represent HCMatrix in meetings, webinars, and conferences to promote the brand and solutions.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in tech or HR SaaS.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Understanding of HR processes and HR tech is a plus.
