Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute winning business development and sales strategies
- Identify new opportunities, pitch to potential clients, and close high-value deals
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions from Mactavis' service offerings
- Craft compelling business proposals, presentations, and contracts
- Attend relevant events to network, build visibility, and source leads
- Collaborate with internal teams on proposal development and service delivery
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
- Provide regular updates, forecasts, and performance reports to management.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years minimum experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
- Proven ability to close high-value deals and exceed revenue targets
- Strong strategic thinking and idea generation capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Confident, self-motivated, and well-organized
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Demonstrated ability to understand client pain points and sell value-based solutions
- Familiarity with service-based business development
- Having an existing network of potential clients or partners is a plus.
