As a Business Development Executive at The Dexterity Group, your primary responsibility will be to initiate outbound calls to international leads. Your goal is to introduce our services, secure appointments with our Sales Director, and contribute to our business expansion. You'll leverage data insights for efficient and targeted engagement.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to international leads to introduce our services and secure appointments with our Sales Director.
- Utilize data insights to identify and prioritize potential clients for outreach, ensuring efficient and targeted engagement.
- Engage with clients in a professional and persuasive manner to articulate the value proposition of The Dexterity Group's offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
- Adapt to flexible working hours, including midnight shifts, to accommodate clients in different time zones and optimize appointment-setting opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, appointments, and client information using our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed performance targets. A commission structure is in place based on targets met.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or appointment setting is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including overnight shifts, to reach international clients.
- Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
