Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
- Identify new markets, customer segments, and product opportunities in alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to define and meet short- and long-term business objectives.
- Lead client acquisition efforts including prospecting, pitch presentations, and negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet business challenges effectively.
- Set and achieve revenue targets by converting leads into profitable opportunities.
- Develop and oversee the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.

- Lead or support business development teams in executing projects and outreach efforts.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts with product, operations, and marketing departments to align with growth goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Generate insights to support decision-making and refine business strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, pricing, and competitive landscape.
- Monitor performance metrics such as client conversion rate, sales volume, and ROI.
- Prepare business reports, forecasts, and dashboards for management review.
- Continuously evaluate and improve business development processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and closing high-value deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation and proposal writing abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales pipeline software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Deep understanding of business development strategies and market dynamics.
