Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential B2B clients for onboarding as vendors.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets for successful client registrations.
- Convert leads generated by the Sales Operations team into registered vendors.
- Build and nurture strong professional relationships with B2B clients.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of the business to prospects.
- Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product/service demos.
- Negotiate favorable terms and close registration deals effectively.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, target progress, and potential challenges.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless lead management and support.
Requirements:
- Minimum of B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in client acquisition, direct sales, or business development (preferably in a B2B setting).
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting sales goals.
- Resilient and persistent in client follow-up.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. CRM familiarity is a plus
