Brand Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute brand strategies to increase market share and brand awareness.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling campaigns that align with brand identity.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders in the luxury segment, including influencers and potential partners.
• Oversee product development and ensure alignment with brand standards and customer expectations.
• Lead and mentor sales teams to achieve sales targets and elevate brand representation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales and/or brand management within the luxury goods sector.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and brand development.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with high-profile clientele.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Passion for fashion and luxury eyewear trends.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
• Age Range: 25-30 years old, male preferred.

Location: Ikate, Lekki

Remuneration: NGN 80,000 - 100,000

Work Schedule: 3 days on-site, 2 days hybrid
