Brand Communication Manager shall be responsible for all communication and presentation of Heights Access value propositions and service offerings to our target segment and channel partners to cause favorable responses, recommendations, inquiries, and strategic partnerships.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Contact our target segment's top management to generate inquiries and interest in our value propositions and service offerings.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies and plans that build customer loyalty, brand awareness, inquiries, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed media activity reports for both direct and digital marketing.
- Plan and manage the design, content, and production of physical and digital marketing materials.
- Create informative and interesting press releases, press kits, newsletters, and related marketing materials.
- Reach out to influencers, media, and beyond to arrange story placement on a national and global level.
- Organization of propositions presentations, physical and digital events, and meetings.
- Timely Response to customer communication-related issues.
- Coordinate and prepare quarterly communications budget.
- Report HANL marketing-related internal activities (OEMs activities and relations, equipment commissioning, statutory and regulatory compliance activities, promotions, achievements, etc.) to all stakeholders via newsletter.
- Lead and take responsibility for the results of the Brand communications team.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication Social Science, or any related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand or product management.
- Experience with and an understanding of market research.
- Firm grasp of emerging digital tools
- A clear understanding of brands and the marketing mix.
- A strong focus on results.
- An understanding of trends and an ability to respond to customers’ wishes.
- The ability to manage and allocate budgets.
- Ability to think strategically and come up with campaigns.
