Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in Biology and Chemistry in line with the approved curriculum.
- Develop lesson notes, schemes of work, and instructional materials to support effective learning.
- Conduct laboratory practicals safely and effectively, ensuring proper use of equipment and materials.
- Assess, record, and report students’ academic progress through tests, assignments, and examinations.
- Provide academic support, guidance, and mentorship to students to enhance understanding and performance.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Prepare students adequately for internal and external examinations.
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and other school academic activities.
- Support school policies, values, and extracurricular academic programs.
- Perform other academic duties as assigned by the school management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience
- B.Sc, B.Ed, or B.Tech in Biology, Chemistry, or other life science–related disciplines
Location: Bariga, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 100,000
