Beauty advisor

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for meeting sales targets of the organization through effective planning and understanding of the market.
• Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization.
• Develop and establish the successful implementation of famous brands with existing and targeted new territories.
• Developing a pricing strategy that maximizes profits and market share but considers customer satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities to increase external and internal growth and profitability whilst working with relevant team members to drive them to the conclusion of the store.
• Understand critical metrics for assessing engagement (turnovers, promotions) and regularly reviews progress and action plans.

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor's Degree or HND in a related discipline.
• 3 - 5 years of work experience as a sale personnel.
• Must demonstrate strong knowledge of cosmetic products and perfumes.
