This candidate should be comfortable creating content to aid the sales teams and have the ability to evaluate a marketing campaign to guarantee the best outcome.

Job Description/Requirements


  • Conduct market research and provide sales teams with competitive intelligence
  • Develop strong relationships and collaborate with the sales team, product line managers, executives, and customers
  • Generate marketing resources and run campaigns to assist the work of sales teams Identify target audiences and potential sales leads through marketing campaigns
  • Manage performance to deliver agreed KPIs as per functional plan and overall, 5 Continent Enterprise strategy.
  • Perform extensive quantitative and qualitative market research to implement data-driven marketing campaigns and meet organization-wide strategic goals
  • Provide a track and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and strategies
  • Demonstrate outcomes of marketing efforts through metrics and deliverables


  • Bachelor's degree in the field of Business/Commerce (Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, etc) or in the field of Engineering (with relevant experience in marketing and sales).
  • At least 8 years of professional work experience with 4 years of experience in chemical marketing, trading and/or sales management, customer relationship management, and managing/directing commercial operations
  • Experience in the origination of new clients and/or markets.
  • Experience in commercial agreement negotiations and implementation
  • Knowledge of product value chain and areas in commercial agreements where further value can be extracted and where value must be protected
  • Strong ability to conclude deals with clients and finalize sales agreements.
