Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Calling a pre-existing list of businesses to pitch and sell our services.
- Sourcing new leads online and through social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, directories, etc.).
- Following up with warm leads and engaging them professionally.
- Creating and improving sales call scripts for better performance.
- Logging all communications, follow-ups, and outcomes daily.
- Reporting performance weekly and meeting KPIs.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of working experience required.
- BSc. Degree in a relevant field of study.
- Strong consultative selling and deal-closing skills.
- Experience managing full sales cycles independently.
- Solid understanding of CRM systems and data-driven selling.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
