We are seeking a proven, results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves reaching out to businesses across various sectors to promote and close sales for our services. Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Calling a pre-existing list of businesses to pitch and sell our services.
  • Sourcing new leads online and through social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, directories, etc.).
  • Following up with warm leads and engaging them professionally.
  • Creating and improving sales call scripts for better performance.
  • Logging all communications, follow-ups, and outcomes daily.
  • Reporting performance weekly and meeting KPIs.


Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of working experience required.
  • BSc. Degree in a relevant field of study.
  • Strong consultative selling and deal-closing skills.
  • Experience managing full sales cycles independently.
  • Solid understanding of CRM systems and data-driven selling.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
