About the Role
They are looking to hire a high flying individual to join their team as a B2B Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, developing and maintaining relationships with their business-to-business (B2B) clients and increasing sales revenue through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
What do you need to be considered Successful?
â Meet and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly and annual Sales quota.
â Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
â Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing B2B clients.
â Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities, stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
â Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
â Set up meetings with potential clients, listen to their needs and propose solutions to meet their needs
â Create accurate and updated monthly reports Sales.
â Conduct Demos and presentations to potential clients on products and service
â Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
â Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
â Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
â Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
â Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales revenue.
â Collaborate with internal teams to achieve effective sales results.
â Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients.
â Provide excellent customer service and support to clients

What do you need to have done in your career?
â Bachelor's degree
â Over 3-5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
â Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
â Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
â Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
â Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
â Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work under pressure.
â Proficiency in using sales software and tools.
â Exceptional customer service skills
â Fast learner and passion for sales
â Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
â Knowledge of industry trends and competition

Base Salary: 400-600k/net
