We are seeking to hire a proactive and organized Assistant HR/Admin Officer to support daily human resources and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, documentation, staff welfare, and office management tasks to ensure smooth business operations.

Job Description/Requirements
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support administrative duties, including filing, correspondence, and office supplies management.
- Assist in payroll preparation and attendance tracking.
- Coordinate staff welfare and training activities.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and company procedures.
- Handle basic employee relations and provide support to the HR/Admin Manager.
- B.Sc. or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Good knowledge of HR principles and employment laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
