Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Learning & Development: Curate and develop training materials on LXP, organize sessions, track attendance, conduct trade visits, and prepare training reports.
- IT & Software Support: Assist with software setup, troubleshooting, and liaise with IT for email and system access.
- Statutory & Regulatory Compliance: Follow up with authorities, manage expatriate quota applications, and ensure timely filing of statutory returns.
- Vendor & Service Management: Coordinate with vendors, track requests, deliveries, and performance.
- Travel & Guest Coordination: Manage domestic/international bookings, itineraries, and meet-and-greet arrangements.
- Office Administration & Procurement: Procure office supplies, manage repairs, facility issues, and maintain asset inventory.
- Identification & Compliance: Handle employee line registration, ID cards, and related documentation.
- General Administration: Maintain databases, reports, petty cash, and support events, meetings, and internal engagements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Office Management, HR, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in office administration, operations support, or executive assistance.
- Residency in Ikeja or the surrounding areas is required.
- Experience in vendor management, travel coordination, or IT support is an added advantage.
- Organized, detail-oriented, strong multitasking and communication skills,
- Customer service-oriented, problem-solving mindset, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
