Job Summary
We are looking to hire an Administrative Superior to join our team.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage administrative staff to ensure they perform their duties efficiently.
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the company
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Maintain and update office records and database.
- Prepare and manage the administrative department's budget.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Handle and escalate issues and resolve conflicts within the administrative team.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Train new administrative employees.
- Develop and implement office management strategies to increase efficiency.
- Monitor and manage administrative projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess BSC/HND in any related course with a minimum of second class lower/lower credit.
- Candidates must be between the ages of 25 and 33.
- Candidates must have at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Must possess WAEC certificate with minimum of 5 credits (including Mathematics and English.)
- Must have completed the NYSC program.
- Must have worked in a supervisory capacity.
- Any other professional qualification is an added advantage.
