Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and well-organized Administrative Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. You will play a key role in maintaining efficiency, coordinating office activities, and supporting management and staff across departments.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain office filing systems, records, and databases.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in the procurement of office supplies and ensure proper inventory management.
  • Support HR and accounting departments with document handling and coordination.
  • Receive visitors and ensure a friendly, professional reception experience.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information and staff records.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and a high level of discretion.
  • Knowledge of basic record-keeping and documentation systems.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Customer service orientation.

 

Remuneration: 100,000 – ₦200,000 (based on experience and qualification)
