Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office filing systems, records, and databases.
- Prepare and edit
correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming
calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner.
- Schedule
meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in the procurement of office supplies and ensure proper inventory management.
- Support HR and
accounting departments with document handling and coordination.
- Receive visitors
and ensure a friendly, professional reception experience.
- Maintain
confidentiality of company information and staff records.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND /
HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related
field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of
relevant administrative experience.
- Strong
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent
organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to
detail and a high level of discretion.
- Knowledge of
basic record-keeping and documentation systems.
- Ability to work
independently and under pressure.
- Customer service orientation.
Remuneration: 100,000 – ₦200,000 (based on experience and qualification)
