We are seeking an Administrative Personnel who will manage daily office operations, providing vital support by handling schedules,, acting as the center point of contact for employees and external stakeholders, organizing meetings, and preparing reports

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining equipment
  • Managing a filing system
  • Handling calls, emails, and distributing correspondence
  • Managing Calendars for staff or executives
  • Preparing expense report, assisting with budgets
  • Handling basic accounting or payroll tasks
  • Providing general administrative assistance, greeting visitors
  • Supporting other departments as needed


Requirements:
