Job summary

We are a small but nimble and fast-growing company with business interests in Construction and a Vocational Academy. We currently require for immediate employment, an Administrative & Personal Assistant that will oversee all back-end operations and organize the workflow for the CEO.

Min Qualification: HND Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 1 year Working Hours: Full Time

Responsibilities:

  • Executive support
  • Office & administrative management
  • Staff coordination and basic HR support
  • Event, meeting, and project logistics
  • Basic finance & reporting


Requirements:

  • BSc/HND in any social science
  • 1–3 years relevant experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Highly professional
  • Great with people
  • Excellent at managing schedules, communication, and coordination
  • Able to keep the office running smoothly with minimal supervision
  • Trustworthy, efficient, and detail-oriented
