We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Officer to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate should be computer literate, have good communication skills, and be able to handle administrative and customer service tasks efficiently.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative duties and maintain accurate records.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Prepare and issue invoices and receipts for customer transactions.
- Update and maintain product prices and details on the company’s website.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.
- Provide general support to management and other departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND / NCE / HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic web management tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role is an advantage.
