Job summary

The Administrative Officer supports the daily administrative and operational functions of the construction firm. This role ensures smooth office operations, effective coordination among departments, proper documentation, and efficient support to site and project teams.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day office operations, including filing, correspondence, and record-keeping.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and ensure materials are replenished promptly.
  • Maintain and update company documentation such as staff records, project files, and compliance documents.
  • Assist in preparing reports, memos, letters, and presentations.
  • Serve as a liaison between the office, project sites, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between management and site teams on administrative needs.


Requirements:

  • HND/BSc in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2:1
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the related field
