Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day office operations, including filing, correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and ensure materials are replenished promptly.
- Maintain and update company documentation such as staff records, project files, and compliance documents.
- Assist in preparing reports, memos, letters, and presentations.
- Serve as a liaison between the office, project sites, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between management and site teams on administrative needs.
Requirements:
- HND/BSc in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2:1
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the related field
