Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Office Operations: Manage day‑to‑day office activities, facilities, security, and vendor relationships.
- Financial Administration: Process invoices, handle petty cash, and prepare monthly expense reports.
- Human Resources Support: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, leave management, and staff records.
- Communication Hub: Act as the first point of contact for internal and external queries; coordinate meetings, property viewings, and team briefings.
- Team Support: Provide administrative backup to sales executives so they can focus on closing deals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2‑4 years of administrative or office‑management experience, preferably in real estate or a service‑oriented industry.
