Administrative/ Customer Service Assistant

Job Summary

The individual will be the aftersales/customer service personnel on social media. He/She will ensure smooth delivery from pickup until it is delivered

Job Description



● Working knowledge of social media is a must

● Knowledge of Twitter is a plus

● Basic knowledge of Excel and MS Word

● Strong communication and written skills

● An ability to multitask, to work on a number of projects at once

● Organisational and problem solving skills under pressure 

Core responsibilities include:

  • Follow up on all new followers and everyone who likes our content .

  • Develop and maintain a database of emails/telephone numbers of all existing clients 

  • Follow up on those who liked, commented and/or inquired about the organisation’s products.

  • Review sales activity based on calendar and advise social media manager

  • Input all procurement and sales in excel sheet

  • Weekly communication via email to clients 

  • Write and send proposal to prospective clients

  • Create database of local vendors and partners

  • Update team at weekly meetings on Sales, profit and loss projections and expectations 

  • Interact with customers and device subtle approach to get feedback, review, recommendations and referrals 

  • Keep track of data and analyse the performance of social media campaigns


NCE/OND/HND are welcome to apply with at least 1 year experience in a similar role will be a plus.



We are looking for a team player (f/m) who is calm, able to work with little supervision and passionate about working for growing companies as well as supporting our team in its daily routine




Interested candidates MUST live in Yaba and environs .



Gross: N60,000 per month
