Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and computer-literate Administrative Officer to support our customs and clearing operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the Customs Portal (Bodogwu) and be proficient in preparing and submitting Form M and PAAR documentation.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage activities on the Nigeria Customs Service Portal (Bodogwu).
- Prepare and process documentation for Form M, PAAR, and related import/export requirements.
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies to ensure timely documentation and approvals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customs-related transactions.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the operations and logistics teams.
- Ensure all customs and clearing activities comply with relevant laws and company standards.
- Assist in general office administration as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Proven experience in customs and clearing operations.
- Proficiency with the Bodogwu Portal and strong understanding of Form M / PAAR processes.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Location: Apapa, Lagos
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
