Job summary

Nuts and Bolts Auto Services Limited is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the smooth daily operations of our auto service business. The ideal candidate will provide administrative, clerical, and customer support services while ensuring efficient office management.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain proper records of jobs, invoices, receipts, and customer data
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports
  • Assist in scheduling vehicle servicing, repairs, and staff duties
  • Manage office supplies and ensure the availability of operational materials
  • Support basic bookkeeping tasks such as filing expenses and tracking payments
  • Assist management with documentation, letters, and official correspondence
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing system (both physical and electronic)
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate where necessary
  • Support compliance with company policies and internal controls


Requirements:

  • Minimum of HND/BSc in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Experience in an automobile or technical service environment is an added advantage
