Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and onboard High Net-worth Individuals (HNIs), corporates, and institutional clients for deposit mobilization.
- Promote and structure Fixed Deposit, Savings, and Investment products in line with bank pricing and risk guidelines.
- Maintain strong, professional client relationships through regular engagement and portfolio reviews.
- Prepare and present investment proposals, indicative offers, and term sheets to clients.
- Track market interest rates and competitor offerings to support pricing decisions.
- Ensure proper documentation, KYC compliance, and adherence to internal credit and risk policies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly liability mobilization targets.
Requirements:
- BSc Degree / HND in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- 3 - 5 years deposit mobilisation/wealth management (preferably in MFB, commercial bank, asset management, or investment finance).
- Strong existing network of HNIs and corporate clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of investment products, treasury, and market rates.
